By completing the Military Membership Application Form below and clicking OK I am confirming that I understand that membership in Paths of Patriots is FREE and does not include any kind of voting rights on any matter, project or program relating to Paths of Patriots at any time now or in the future.

The Branches of Service below are lettered
(A) through (F)
and the
Dates of Service are numbered
(1) through (7).

In the space provided in the Military Membership Application Form below please include the Branch of Service on the Branch of Service line and your Date of Service on the Date of Service line.

Example if you were in the US Army anytime from Dec. 20, 1989 through Jan 31, 1990 you would simply type (A)  (2) on the Branch & Date of Service line (last line) in the Membership Form Below and then click OK.
